Self-employed as a consultant to various food companies and states to further process donated government commodities into value added control products. As a consultant for the State of Indiana and Dairymans, Inc., the third
largest dairy cooperative in the U.S., to process one hundred pound bags of
non-fat dry milk into liquid quart packaging and cottage cheese became aware of the need for lactose-free, non-dairy milk products due to over 70% of the world's population suffering from lactose intolerance. 1993-Present Chairman, CEO, Sole shareholder of MFI of Georgia, INC., and MFI, Global Ltd.,
which developed and performed and perfected formulas for all vegetable
non-dairy milk alternatives that are lactose-cholesterol and animal-fat free.
